Job Requirements

• Develop and execute branding strategies for new and existing pet care and healthcare products.
   
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to define unique selling points (USP).
   
• Build brand identity including logo direction, packaging concept, brand voice, color palette, and messaging guidelines.
   
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing team to align visual and communication strategies.
   
• Ensure all branding complies with healthcare regulations and pet product standards (e.g., NPRA, AVA, halal certifications).
   
• Monitor brand performance using analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
   
• Lead consumer and product story development to build emotional connections with customers.
   
• Manage brand presence across online platforms, retail, and packaging.  

• Empathy for both pet owners and health-conscious customers.
   
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
   
• Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution.
   
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
