Customer Service:
<ul>
<li>Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases.</li>
<li>Provide product information, recommend items, and address customer inquiries.</li>
<li>Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally. Sales:</li>
<li>Promote ongoing sales, discounts, and new arrivals to customers.-Upsell and cross-sell products to meet sales targets.</li>
<li>Process cash and card transactions efficiently at the checkout counter.</li>
</ul>
Store Maintenance:
<ul>
<li>-Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times.</li>
<li>Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels.-Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock deliveries.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Visual Merchandising:</li>
<li>Arrange displays to highlight promotions and best-selling items.</li>
<li>Ensure all products are tagged and displayed according to company guidelines.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Team Collaboration:</li>
<li>Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.</li>
<li>Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving customer experience.</li>
</ul>
Job Type: Full-time
Basic Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
