<div>SP Autism Behavioral Center is stiving to become Malaysia's leading ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Therapy provider; providing intensive therapy to children in the Autism spectrum and related disorders and difficulties.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>ABC (Autism Behavioral Center) is located on the main street of Jalan Maarof, just a stone's throw away from Bangsar Village and Lucky Gardens, Bangsar, as well less than 5 minutes walk from the Bangsar LRT station.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Currently, at 40 staffs, we are growing rapidly, and we are looking for qualified and like minded individuals to join us.</div>

About us

<div>ABC (Autism Behavioral Center) is located prominently on Jalan Maarof, Bangsar.<br><br>ABC is currently the largest 1:1 ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Center in Malaysia, with 40 individual therapy rooms; this ensures each child’s learning environment is conducive with little distractions to maximize learning in ABC. Each child’s education is individualized according to the child’s IEP (Individualised Education Plan) and ability.<br><br></div><div>ABC is supervised directly by our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Ms. Dita Chapman who has been working in the field for over 14 years. An in-house BCBA ensures high-quality ABA therapy is delivered according to international standards. Additionally, our Case Supervisors have an average of 4 years of experience in the field, while all therapists received over 500 hours a month of training and supervision monthly.<br><br></div><div>ABC supports families from all over the world, 50% of our current families are expatriates and 50% are local.<br><br></div>

Overview

<p>We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable ABA Therapist. Prior work experience is not needed but a willingness to learn and passion in the field of early learning and intervention is a must! To excel in this role, you must be playful, creative and connect warmly to children. As an ABA Therapist, you must be willing to adapt, are resilient emotionally, physically fit to play and have high levels of ownership and responsibility. You will receive intensive on the job training.</p>

<p>This role will provide you a good stepping stone if you want to pursue a career in child psychology, early intervention or in special needs education.</p>

<p><strong>To qualify you will need to meet the following criteria:</strong></p>

<li>Available to join in March 2023/ May 2023</li>
<li>Minimum SPM/Diploma or Degree holders in relevant field</li>
<li>Open to commuting to and fro clients home(s) (for home based therapy)</li>
<li>Work well in teams and collaborative in nature</li>
<li>Work well under pressure and open to feedback</li>
<li>Value continuous learning and always looking for ways to do things better</li>
<li>An objective thinker and a clear communicator</li>
</ul>
