About us

<div>ABC (Autism Behavioral Center) is located prominently on Jalan Maarof, Bangsar.<br><br>ABC is currently the largest 1:1 ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Center in Malaysia, with 40 individual therapy rooms; this ensures each child’s learning environment is conducive with little distractions to maximize learning in ABC. Each child’s education is individualized according to the child’s IEP (Individualised Education Plan) and ability.<br><br></div><div>ABC is supervised directly by our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Ms. Dita Chapman who has been working in the field for over 14 years. An in-house BCBA ensures high-quality ABA therapy is delivered according to international standards. Additionally, our Case Supervisors have an average of 4 years of experience in the field, while all therapists received over 500 hours a month of training and supervision monthly.<br><br></div><div>ABC supports families from all over the world, 50% of our current families are expatriates and 50% are local.<br><br></div>

<p>ABC (Autism Behavioral Center), which awarded with South East Asia Business Award as a Best Private Autism Intervention Clinic 2023 is a center focused on providing early intervention to children with Autism, learning and behavioural difficulties. We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable ABA Therapist. Prior work experience is not needed but a willingness to learn and passion in the field of early learning and intervention is a must!</p>
<p>To excel in this role, you must be playful, creative and connect warmly to children. As an ABA Therapist, you must be willing to adapt, are resilient emotionally, physically fit to play and have a sense of ownership and responsibility. To get you ready, you will receive intensive training prior to starting as a therapist.</p>
<p>This role will provide you a good stepping stone if you want to pursue a career in child psychology, early intervention or in special needs education.<br>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Your responsibilities will include:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support child development through intensive play-based interactions and clinical programs set by case supervisors</li>
<li>Work with toddlers, pre-schoolers, school-going children, teenagers and adults</li>
<li>Execute individual and group programs</li>
<li>Work closely with the team/parents to implement goals</li>
<li>Provide in-centre services, home-based or school-based support (to be determined per case basis)</li>
