• Professionally manage inquiries from walk-in customers, as well as calls and messages.
• Organize sales operations, which encompasses scheduling meetings/appointments, preparing presentations, and handling sales documentation.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and fostering positive client relationships.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, ensuring prompt fulfillment and delivery to customers.
• Work alongside the sales team to devise and implement effective strategies aimed at meeting targets and enhancing revenue.

Job Requirements

• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English are necessary for effective interactions with customers and colleagues.
• Capable of multitasking; able to check the sample brought by the walk-in customer, advise the correct applicable products, able to handle phone calls, respond to customers' WhatsApp messages, and take notes on important points.
• Proficiency in creating engaging marketing materials using Canva and Adobe Photoshop, including photo editing and graphic design capabilities, is a plus.
• Proven experience in social media marketing, encompassing content creation, campaign management, and performance evaluation on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok is an asset.
