Job Description

 

  • Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services
  • Make sure products in good condition when handling
  • Improve customer satisfaction and help to get google review on social media
  • Immediately and respectfully respond to guest requests; report guest complaints to immediate supervisor and assists in resolving such complaints.
  • Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements
  • Come up with strategy to achieve sales target.
  • Assist retail team colleagues whenever possible
  • Assist in compiling the monthly stock and variance report
  • Assist ensuring the prompt fulfillment of orders release
  • Responsible deliver of superior in-store presence to improve distribution, visibility, merchandising and pricing execution
  • Responsible for payment and collections to ensure payment are collected promptly
  • Responsible for the inventory checking, merchandising, respond to customer concern, proposing promotion orders, negotiation, execution, payment collection and after sales service follow up.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field. 
  • Prior experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred.
  • Experience in supervising or leading a small team is an added advantage.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead, guide, and motivate team members.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer issues professionally.
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques, retail operations, and customer engagement.
  • Able to prepare simple reports and follow operational procedures.
  • Good multitasking ability and capable of working under pressure.
     

Operational Requirements

  • Able to monitor daily outlet operations and ensure staff follow SOPs. 
  • Willing to conduct store visits, audits, and supervise cleanliness, merchandising, and stock arrangement.
  • Able to assist in staff training on sales skills, customer service, and basic technical knowledge (if applicable).
  • Able to ensure outlet reports, order fulfilment, stock checks, and KPI tasks are completed on time.

Personal Qualities

  • Responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy.
  • Positive working attitude with strong sense of ownership.
  • Willing to learn and improve performance continuously.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
  • Able to travel between outlets if needed.

Other Requirements

  • Possess own transport (if job requires travelling) 
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Must be able to commit to company policies, performance targets, and reports submission deadlines.
