Sproud is a dynamic creative and digital marketing agency collaborating with brands in the lifestyle, retail, beauty, food and beverage, and property sectors across Malaysia, Singapore, and China. As we enhance our creative team, we seek a Videographer / Video Editor to join our in-house staff.

This position is perfect for a proactive creative professional who excels in visual aesthetics and execution, with a keen insight into social-first content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit video content tailored for digital and social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu)
• Execute video production for promotional campaigns, events, and influencer partnerships
• Convert creative ideas and briefs into engaging visual narratives
• Edit videos with effective pacing, structure, and formats optimized for different platforms
• Create basic motion graphics, add subtitles, and enhance visuals as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams, including strategy, design, and account management
• Ensure timely delivery of content that meets brand and campaign goals
• Efficiently manage video assets, organize footage, and maintain version control

Job Requirements

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in videography and video editing (agency experience preferred)
• Solid understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling techniques
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
  (Knowledge of After Effects is a plus)
• Familiarity with current short-form video trends and best practices across platforms
• Experience in operating mirrorless cameras and basic lighting setups
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with a team
• Strong time management capabilities and keen attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating user-generated content or influencer-driven media
• Familiarity with TikTok and XiaoHongShu content trends
• Basic photography skills
• Experience with motion graphics or advanced post-production processes
