Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Intern to join our Technical Support Services (TSS) team. This internship offers hands-on experience in IT support, infrastructure maintenance, and user troubleshooting within a dynamic corporate environment. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, reliable, and passionate about technology and service excellence.
<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Assist the TSS team with day-to-day IT support tasks, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.</li>
<li>Support the onboarding and offboarding process for employees (e.g., setting up laptops, accounts, email access).</li>
<li>Maintain inventory records for IT equipment and update asset management logs.</li>
<li>Install, configure, and update operating systems, software applications, and security tools.</li>
<li>Perform routine checks on IT systems to ensure smooth operations.</li>
<li>Assist in documenting IT support processes and creating user guides or FAQs.</li>
<li>Support the team in coordinating and executing minor IT projects or upgrades.</li>
