We are seeking enthusiastic and target-driven Telemarketing Executives to promote and sell telecommunication products and services. You will play a key role in engaging customers via outbound calls, providing accurate information, and closing sales effectively. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team at our Plaza Sentral, KL office, starting 10th June 2025.
<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Conduct outbound calls to promote telco products (e.g., mobile plans, broadband, IPTV).</li>
<li>Clearly explain product features, pricing, and promotional offers to customers.</li>
<li>Persuasively handle inquiries and objections to drive conversions.</li>
<li>Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.</li>
<li>Update customer information accurately in the CRM system.</li>
<li>Follow up with interested leads and provide excellent post-sale support if required.</li>
<li>Stay up to date on all product knowledge, pricing changes, and promotional activities.</li>
<li>Maintain professionalism and high-quality customer service throughout all interactions. &nbsp;</li>
