Marketing Intern (Content & Business Development)

Responsibilities:

Marketing & Content Creation

• Work with marketing agencies and internal teams to execute localized content marketing strategies.
   
• Ideate and create short-form video content (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok) to drive engagement.
   
• Produce daily posts and content for our social media pages, including photos, videos, and other engaging material.
   
• Identify and manage user-generated content (UGC) creators to enhance brand awareness.
   
• Coordinate TikTok Live sessions, including liaising with livestream hosts and ensuring smooth execution.
   
• Take initiative to create content such as short videos and brochures to support marketing campaigns.
   
• Demonstrate a passion for learning and growth by researching and suggesting content ideas.
   

Business Development

• Provide administrative support for processing corporate inquiries and managing client databases.
   
• Conduct market research on competitors, industry trends, and customer preferences.
   
• Assist in identifying potential B2B sales opportunities and strategic partnerships.
   

Job Requirements

Who We’re Looking For:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
   
• Strong interest in digital marketing, content creation, and business development.
   
• Experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form video editing.
   
• Familiarity with social media trends and influencer marketing.
   
• Organized and detail-oriented.
   
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or other video editing tools is an added advantage.
