Job Description

The Consultant / Senior Consultant will be primarily responsible for planning, organizing and leading ERP implementation projects to ensure the quality of client deliverables. This role provides an opportunity to collaborate closely with clients and deliver unique technology and business solutions that truly make a difference to SMEs. Duties & Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for the project to ensure smooth and consistent communication between all project stakeholders
• Operate effectively and clearly in an ever-changing environment
• Demonstrate an awareness and deep understanding of the full suite of services provided by Strella
• Manage all aspects of the project including the scope, cost, schedule, resources and completion of project deliverables that may consist of strategy development, requirements definition, business process improvement, stakeholder involvement, change management, quality assurance, risk management, user training, application configuration, system installation and testing
• Ensure project scope is delivered on schedule, within budget and with high quality
• Identify and manage project risks to minimize impact to the project timeline, quality of deliverables and costs
• Ability to generate and review project documentations and adhere to project reporting procedures
• Provide consultancy and support services to clients on their business needs and technical requirements and be responsible for design specifications
• Maintain and expand client relationships through delivery of solution and high-quality work
• Contribute to the growth of the consulting practice through leadership, development of solution accelerators, reusable assets, and participation and ownership of operational areas
• Stay informed and up-to-date on technological advancements

Job Requirements

Major/Discipline

Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field.

Must Have

• Degree in any of the major/discipline mentioned above or a combination of related experience and education
• Extensive solution design knowledge with at least 3 years of experience in end-to-end ERP implementation projects
• Have junior lead experience with project management skills and proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Good written and spoken Malay
• Excellent estimating, scheduling, budgeting and organization skills
• Strong team-building, problem-solving, critical thinking, and conflict resolution skills
• Able to work independently

Good To Have

• Knowledge of industry-specific business best practices
• Good written and spoken Chinese
• Background in web technologies such as HTML, Javascript, Python, JSON, AJAX, and XML
• Basic knowledge on finance and accounting
