Job Description
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, Google, and email
- Manage and grow company social media accounts (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook,XHS)
- Create and schedule engaging content including posts, videos, and ads
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insights (ROI, engagement, conversion rates)
- Run paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Collaborate with content creators/designers for marketing materials
- Conduct market research and analyze competitors’ strategies
- Manage website updates and basic SEO optimization
- Work closely with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing (Fresh grads with strong portfolio are encouraged)
- Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO
- Strong creativity and content sense (especially for TikTok/short-form content)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
