Job Description

• We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Immersive Waitress to be a part of our themed restaurant team. In this position, you will immerse yourself in our intellectual property universe, engaging with guests in character to deliver a completely immersive dining experience. Your responsibilities will include providing outstanding service while enhancing guest interaction through storytelling, roleplay, and themed activities—akin to the experiences offered by staff at Universal Studios or similar theme parks.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred, especially in theme restaurants or immersive experiences.
• Performance, cosplay, or role-playing experience is a plus (e.g., stage acting, themed events, or entertainment).
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Creative, enthusiastic, and able to actively engage with guests.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain theme consistency and immersion.
• Team player, able to coordinate with kitchen and fellow staff.
• Able to perform under pressure while maintaining character and professionalism.
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to respond effectively to unexpected situations.
