1. Prepare, implement and manage the assigned portfolio financials budget to achieve sustainable financial management of the JMB/MC. 2. Plan and monitor the routine tasks of assigned portfolio in compliance with the relevant laws, company procedures, and JMB/MC requirement. 3. Implement and monitor the preventive and corrective maintenance programs and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of building maintenance and management, for M&E and non-M&E to achieve company's goal by meeting customers' expectations and need. 4. Conduct monthly meetings with the JMB / MC. 5. Plan and chair the annual/ extraordinary general meeting for all assigned portfolios in accordance with the Strata Management Act 2013. 6. Evaluate the performance of outsource contractor's as per service level agreement. 7. Coach and train all the property management staff to ensure high quality of services rendered to our customers. 8. Ensure the adoption and compliance of to all procurement procedures (SOPs) in line with ISO 19001. 9. To fulfil the related government regulations and ensure compliance by all.

Requirements

1. Degree in Land Surveying/ Building/Architecture/Estate Management Experience 2. At least 8 years of working experience in the related field. Preferably managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent 3. Well-versed in relevant Malaysia law related to real estate (e.g. Strata Title Act, Strata Management Act, Factories and Machineries Act, etc) 4. Experienced in overseeing multiple portfolios.
