<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, switching focus and priorities to respond to business needs</li>
<li>Assist the operation team in dealing with outlets tech maintenance</li>
<li>Assist licensing manager in dealing with overseas outlets for tech-related matters</li>
<li>Work closely with the Head of Experiential and other team members to brainstorm and create tech that is on-design and on-concept for the new experience</li>
<li>Initiate testing, collect customer’s behavior, analyze data, apply improvement if needed</li>
<li>Write or update the tech specifications and design details</li>
</ul>
