Job Description

Lightning Solution System Design:

1. Lead the design and engineering team in conceptualizing and planning lightning solution systems for different types of structures and projects.
2. Conduct thorough risk assessments and analysis to determine the most suitable solution measures.
3. Calculate soil resistivity.

Technical Drawings and Documentation:

1. Utilize Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to create detailed technical drawings and blueprints for lightning solution system installations.
2. Prepare comprehensive design specifications, calculations, reports and Budgetary BQ.

Product and Material Selection:

1. Collaborate with sales team to select solution components and materials for specific projects.

Compliance and Standards:

1. Ensure that all design plans and solutions comply with relevant safety codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Innovation and Problem-Solving:

1. Foster creative thinking and innovation in lightning solution design to address unique challenges and project requirements.
2. Propose new ideas and technologies to enhance the effectiveness of lightning solution systems.

Project Coordination:

1. Work closely with the project team to ensure seamless integration of lightning solutions into overall project plans.
2. Collaborate with project department to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Quality Assurance:

1. Oversee quality control measures to ensure the accurate implementation of design specifications during installations.

Technical Expertise:

1. Stay updated on the latest advancements in lightning solution technology and industry best practices.

Other Expertise:

1. To assist in product catalogue/name card/Company Profile and marketing materials' design and improvement.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
   
• 1–3 years’ experience in construction design and engineering. (Fresh graduate are welcome)
   
• Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro, or relevant tools).
   
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and standards.
   
• Ability to produce accurate, safe, and efficient designs within project deadlines.
   
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
   
• Knowledge of local construction codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
