<p>Synergy Alliance Solutions Sdn. Bhd. was originally established in year 2018 as Synergy Alliance Marketing &amp; Events Sdn. Bhd. Before the pandemic, our company's primary focus was on digital marketing and events. However, we faced numerous challenges in carrying out marketing activities during this period.</p>
<p>In year 2022, the founder of our company, Dr. Alex Fong, decided to shift our focus to developing BigPos, a point-of-sale solution that revolutionizes retail operations. This strategic move led to our rebranding as Synergy Alliance Solutions Sdn. Bhd.</p>
<p>&nbsp;Our headquarters is located in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia, and we have expanded our presence with branches in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor, Pahang, Sabah, and Sarawak. Internationally, we have extended our reach to Singapore, Thailand, and Australia.&nbsp;</p>
