Job Description

  • Plan and coordinate company events including VIP client events, workshops, product launches, brand activations, and networking sessions.
     
  • Develop event concepts, themes, and experiences aligned with brand positioning and marketing goals.
     
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics including venue sourcing, setup, AV, décor, catering, registration, and on-site operations.
     
  • Liaise and negotiate with external vendors such as venues, photographers, videographers, stylists, printers, and production teams.
     
  • Prepare event timelines, run sheets, budgets, and checklists to ensure smooth execution.
     
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Creative teams to align event objectives and deliverables.
     
  • Support post-event reporting, feedback collection, and performance evaluation.
     
  • Maintain and update vendor, venue, and supplier databases.
     
  • Assist in handling ad-hoc event-related tasks and operational support.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Event Coordination, Event Management, Marketing, or related roles.
     
  • Experience in corporate events, brand activations, or experiential marketing is an advantage.
     
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
     
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
     
  • Able to multitask, prioritise tasks, and work under tight timelines.
     
  • Willing to work on weekends, evenings, or public holidays when required for events.
     
  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to handle on-site challenges calmly.
     
  • Basic understanding of budgeting, vendor sourcing, and contract coordination.
     
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
     
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prefer mandarin speaker candidates
