<li>Ensuring that the statutory books and records are up-to-date in accordance with the Companies Act, 2016 and preparing and submitting Statutory Returns to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) in compliance with the Act.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Undertaking a comprehensive range of corporate secretarial responsibilities, which include but are not limited to, incorporating companies, preparing resolutions for directors and shareholders regarding ongoing corporate secretarial matters, opening bank accounts, and changing signatories.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Offering advice and assistance to the board of directors, which involves preparing for board and committee meetings, drafting minutes, and creating resolutions.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Updating the database of corporate secretarial precedents.</li>
