Tech Up was co-founded by Ms Ainaa Rosli and has grown with the hopes of helping educators and children to have confidence and to experience the joy of learning Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (S.T.E.M). The ultimate goal is to be able to foster lifelong learning skills, ability to explore for themselves, think for themselves make good judgment in solving common problems and to provide a community for an enjoyable, well rounded community.She started alongside a group of educators that aims to deliver the latest 21st Century Learning methodology through updated tools and methodology. We believe that EXPLORATION is the core of education and true JOY is when one discovers new things through experimentation and by doing.

Tech Up continues to build upon its core competencies in UP skilling teachers, students and parents by providing STEM education solutions mainly through the education industry and Malaysian market generally.

Job Details:

<li>In charge of connecting teacher, parents and students with information, resources and updates on the company latest activities and promotions.</li>
<li>Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by maintaining strong working relationships.</li>
<li>To chart the customer journey, mapping and measuring how customer experiences at all touch points while supporting the business in compliance with the guidelines while ensuring operational excellence.</li>
<li>Guide and lead team members to deliver products/services that meet or exceed the customer requirements.</li>
<li>Handle client issues throughout the implementation life cycle in a timely and accurate fashion.</li>
<li>Manage and train resources to ensure quality and consistency of service to customers.</li>
<li>Schedule and conduct status meetings with appropriate development resources and customers.</li>
<li>Responsible for sales target, business acquisitions, planning, retention and management of customer.</li>
<li>Maintain complete and accurate customer correspondence data.</li>
<li>Develop and update client related reports.</li>
<li>Managing client relationships to build a reputation for excellent service and generate repeat business.</li>
<li>Negotiate and manage agreements through business contract process.</li>
<li>Identify and develop problem solving methodologies to resolve customer issues. </li>
</ul>
