Job Description

1. Support sales team and customers during the sales process.
2. Perform full cycle of the sales order processing.
3. Understanding of and ability to apply pricing, gross profit, discounts, and margin calculation.
4. To ensure all required sales and operational reports are accurate and submitted on timely basis.
5. Maintenance proper documentation on calibration, repair, and service jobs.
6. To monitor the progress of the project for billing purpose.
7. Prepare, compile and format management reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
8. Respond to requests for ad hoc reports from management and sales department.
9. Analyze and synthesize data to address specific questions or issues.
10. Maintain organized records of all reports generated.
11. Perform any ad hoc Sales Operation Team (SOT) related assignment as and when required

Job Requirements

1. At least Diploma or equivalent
2. At least 3 years working experience in sales administration.
3. Good Command of English.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Especially in Excel).
6. Knowledge in SAP system will be an added advantage.
7. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
