Job Description

• Identify potential F&B merchants in specific areas in Kuala Lumpur 
• Approach potential merchants and explain the benefits of joining the Terer App 
• Work with merchants to set up their accounts and ensure a seamless onboarding experience 
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure their continued satisfaction with the Terer App 
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns for merchants 
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the F&B industry 
• Keep up-to-date with industry developments to identify areas for improvement 
• Work closely with the product team to identify merchant needs and provide feedback on platform improvements 

Job Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for success 
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Knowledge of the F&B industry in Kuala Lumpur preferred 
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment preferred
