Job Description
- Identify potential F&B merchants in specific areas in Kuala Lumpur
- Approach potential merchants and explain the benefits of joining the Terer App
- Work with merchants to set up their accounts and ensure a seamless onboarding experience
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure their continued satisfaction with the Terer App
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns for merchants
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the F&B industry
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments to identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with the product team to identify merchant needs and provide feedback on platform improvements
Job Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a passion for success
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the F&B industry in Kuala Lumpur preferred
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment preferred
