Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our web applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for manual testing, creating test scenarios, and implementing automated testing across different levels including unit, end-to-end, and performance testing.

Manual Testing

• Perform end-to-end manual testing on web applications
• Identify, document, and track bugs and inconsistencies
• Validate new features and enhancements before release

Test Planning & Documentation

• Develop and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scenarios
• Collaborate with Product and Development teams to refine user stories and acceptance criteria
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage based on business requirements

Collaboration

• Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives)
• Provide feedback on usability, edge cases, and system behavior

Automation & Testing Coverage

End-to-End (E2E) Testing

• Design and maintain automated E2E test scripts using tools such as:
• Playwright
• Cypress
• Selenium

Performance Testing

• Conduct performance audits and identify bottlenecks using:
• Google Lighthouse

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in QA / Software Testing
• Technical Skills:
• Experience writing clear and structured test cases & scenarios
• Familiarity with user story creation and acceptance criteria
• Hands-on experience with:
•  E2E automation tools (e.g. Playwright, Cypress)
•  Basic understanding of:
• Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Browser debugging tools and API testing
• Good to Have:
• Familiarity with Git version control
• Cross-browser and cross-device testing experience
• Exposure to API testing tools (Postman, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of performance optimization
• Soft Skills:
• Strong attention to detail
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
