<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with Project Managers, and developers to understand business needs and translate them into clear and detailed requirements.</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain documentation such as user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, business rules, functional specifications, and user manuals.</li>
<li>Analyse business logic, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and provide recommendations to improve workflows or user experience.</li>
<li>Convert business requirements into well-structured test scenarios, test cases, and test data to ensure full coverage of business flows.</li>
<li>Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing to validate that the system meets both technical and business expectations.</li>
<li>Support user acceptance testing and track them to closure.</li>
<li>Conduct impact analysis for new features, enhancements, or change requests.</li>
<li>Participate in grooming sessions, requirement discussions, and sprint planning to provide both requirement clarity and quality perspective.</li>
<li>Communicate findings, risks, and improvement suggestions through clear reports, defect summaries, and test results.</li>
<li>Ensure all deliverables meet the required quality standards and align with business goals before deployment.</li>
<li>Able to adapt, be agile and manage constant changes.</li>
</ul>
