Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Project Managers, and developers to understand business needs and translate them into clear and detailed requirements.
• Prepare and maintain documentation such as user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, business rules, functional specifications, and user manuals.
• Analyse business logic, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and provide recommendations to improve workflows or user experience.
• Convert business requirements into well-structured test scenarios, test cases, and test data to ensure full coverage of business flows.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing to validate that the system meets both technical and business expectations.
• Support user acceptance testing and track them to closure.
• Conduct impact analysis for new features, enhancements, or change requests.
• Participate in grooming sessions, requirement discussions, and sprint planning to provide both requirement clarity and quality perspective.
• Communicate findings, risks, and improvement suggestions through clear reports, defect summaries, and test results.
• Ensure all deliverables meet the required quality standards and align with business goals before deployment.
• Able to adapt, be agile and manage constant changes.

Job Requirements

 Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or any other IT related field.
• A minimum 1 year of experience working in any product development and/or systems or similar roles; fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Able to communicate and written in English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Effective communications and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of various techniques/methods to perform business analysis tasks.
• Good analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of business process modelling, SDLC and UAT process.
• Knowledge of SQL/MYSQL, APIs will be an advantage.
• IIBA - Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) will be an advantage.
• International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) will be an advantage.
