&nbsp;Role – Business development manager
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>       Develop new business opportunities with potential customers at all stages of the sales cycle including targeting, prospecting, and presenting business propositions.</li>
<li>       Generating leads by visiting builders, architects, interior designers, and construction companies/ sites.</li>
<li>       Should be able to understand, manage and interpret customer requirements.</li>
<li>       To meet prospective clients and give presentations on the company’s products and services to clients.</li>
<li>       Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials.</li>
<li>       Executing sales plans devised by the management / contributing towards the growth of business revenue.</li>
<li>       Should generate sales leads for the allocated territory and meet/exceed sales goals.</li>
<li>       Establish a good relationship with prospective clients and close sales for revenue generation.</li>
<li>       Should Protect the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.</li>
<li>       To complete a daily/weekly log of all activities</li>
<li>       Maintain a harmonious relationship with customers from order booking to handover.</li>
