Job Description

As a Junior Digital Product Designer at The Makeover Guys, you’ll help shape the design of digital experiences that delight both our internal teams and customers. This includes both customer-facing platforms and internal tools that support business operations. From wireframes to final visuals, you’ll collaborate across departments to bring ideas to life. You’ll get to flex your creative muscles while ensuring functionality and usability stay front and center. What You’ll Do:

1. Assist in the design of user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that communicate ideas clearly.
3. Gather and understand user and stakeholder requirements to drive product improvements.
4. Collaborate with developers and other product designers to iterate and refine designs.
5. Support UX research and usability testing to improve user experience.
6. Maintain and contribute to our design system and component libraries.
7. Ensure consistency across platforms and devices through thoughtful design.

Working Arrangement:
Hybrid. Work closely with our Digital Product Lead, Developers, and Product Teams. 

Job Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in UI/UX or digital product design (internship or freelance experience counts!).
• Proficient in Figma
• Basic understanding of design systems, user flows, and wireframing.
• A keen eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Eager to learn, collaborate, and take feedback as fuel for growth.
