As the Procurement Executive at The Makeover Guys, you will oversee all procurement-related operations. Your work will directly impact the revenue of the company and the efficiency of our supply chain. What You’ll Do:
<ul>
<li>Monitor and document purchase orders (POs) to suppliers.</li>
<li>Track delivery schedules and promptly alert stakeholders of any delays.</li>
<li>Ensure all new and existing products/stocks are accurately updated in the system, including photos, specifications, and stock balances.</li>
<li>Liaise closely with the warehouse team on stock balance, aging stock data, and all incoming and outgoing stock, including any return stock concerns.</li>
<li>Perform and support ad-hoc and other procurement/warehouse initiatives.</li>
</ul>

Working Arrangement: 
On-Site. Work closely with the Procurement Manager and Warehouse team.
