Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Development: Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities that align with our educational objectives and promote holistic child development.
2. Classroom Management: Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment where children feel valued, respected, and supported in their individual learning journeys.
3. Instruction and Assessment: Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that stimulate children's curiosity, promote critical thinking, and encourage active participation. Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor students' progress and provide timely feedback.
4. Social-Emotional Development: Support students' social and emotional well-being by fostering positive relationships, modeling appropriate behavior, and teaching conflict resolution and empathy skills.
5. Individualized Support: Recognize and address the diverse learning needs of each child, providing differentiated instruction and support to ensure that all students thrive.
6. Parent Communication: Maintain regular and open communication with parents, sharing updates on students' progress, upcoming events, and opportunities for parent involvement in their child's education.
7. Professional Growth: Engage in continuous professional development, staying informed about current research, best practices, and innovative teaching strategies in early childhood education.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
2. Relevant teaching certification or licensure for preschool education.
3. Ability to communicate well in English. Teaching in Mandarin will be additional advantage.
4. Passion for early childhood education.

6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to establish positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
7. Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude to support children's social-emotional growth.

9. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of students and the preschool environment.
10. First Aid and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain them).
