We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to bring The Sleep Factory’s visual identity to life! If you’re super creative and can craft engaging visuals that catch attention, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Ads Design: Create eye-catching, on-brand ad visuals for both digital and print media.
• Social Media Assets: Design static Instagram posts and other social media visuals that drive engagement.
• Drawing & Illustration: Utilise your drawing skills to produce unique illustrations and hand-drawn elements.
• Packaging Design: Ensure that packaging design is aligned with our brand.
• Collaborative Creativity: Work closely with our marketing team and other creative professionals to ensure all visuals reflect The Sleep Factory’s identity.
• Bonus Creative Projects: If you have copywriting skills, occasionally contribute to website design and other creative campaigns.

Job Requirements

• Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing ad designs, social media visuals, and packaging projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Exceptional drawing and illustration skills.
• A keen eye for aesthetics, detail, and creative storytelling.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for design and a strong desire to push creative boundaries.
