Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital/Graphic Designer to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate has a strong design portfolio and experience in creating visually compelling digital content. You will work closely with our marketing, content, and social media teams to produce high-quality graphics that align with brand identity and marketing strategies.
Job Responsibilities
- Graphic Design: Create visually appealing designs for social media, digital ads, email campaigns, websites/landing pages, and marketing materials.
- Brand Identity: Maintain and develop brand consistency across all digital assets.
- Social Media Assets: Design engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XHS etc.
- Motion Graphics: Develop basic animations, GIFs, or short videos to enhance content.
- Ad Creatives: Design banners, thumbnails, and promotional materials for paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads etc.).
- Collaboration: Work with copywriters, marketers, and sales team to bring creative ideas to life.
- Research & Trends: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and digital marketing best practices.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in social media marketing or digital advertising.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media graphics and ad creatives.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Experience with Canva, Figma, or other online design tools.
- Basic video editing/motion graphics skills are a plus (for short-form video content).
- Understanding of advertising principles, including CTA placement, color psychology, and ad performance metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
