We are looking for a motivated Solution Engineer to join our team and help us grow our business.
JOB SUMMARY
As a Solution Engineer, you will play a key role to assist in planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects. This role involves managing project documentation, coordinating with clients and site teams, ensuring quality and compliance, and supporting cost control and reporting to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
<ol>
<li>Plan, coordinate, and support the execution of projects to ensure timely delivery and compliance with technical standards.</li>
<li>Prepare and manage project documentation including project schedules, BOQ, reports, RFIs, claims, invoices, and milestones.</li>
<li>Assist in project costing, estimating, bidding, contract preparation, and pre-construction activities.</li>
<li>Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams on technical and site-related matters.</li>
<li>Attend site meetings, site visits, and technical discussions, support site logistics and daily/weekly progress updates.</li>
<li>Monitor project quality, safety compliance, costs, and variations to ensure project requirements are met.</li>
<li>Identify project risks, resolve technical issues, and support project leadership with problem-solving and ad-hoc tasks.</li>
