Job Description

  •  Responsible for the supervision, coordination, and technical support of extra-low voltage (ELV) systems in data centre projects, including access control, CCTV, fire alarm, PA, BMS, and structured cabling systems.
  • Prepare material take-offs, cost estimates, and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
  • Supervise and manage site installation teams to ensure compliance with safety and technical standards.
  • Coordinate with civil, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC teams to ensure smooth integration and system handover.
  • Assist in system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting technical issues at site.
  • Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and project handover files.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications or related field.
  • Responsible for supervision, coordination and technical support of ELV systems in data centre projects, including access control, CCTV, fire alarm, PA, BMS and structured cabling.
  • Prepare material take-offs, cost estimates and control costs to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
  • Manage and supervise site installation teams; ensure compliance with safety and technical standards.
  • Coordinate with civil, electrical, mechanical and HVAC teams to ensure smooth integration and system handover.
  • Assist in system testing, commissioning and on-site troubleshooting.
  • Prepare technical documentation, test reports and project handover files.
  • Familiar with Malaysian construction and electrical safety regulations.
  • Possess a valid CIDB Green Card.
  • Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) license not required; related certifications (e.g., PW4) are an advantage.
  • Registration with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills; ability to work with colleagues and contractors from different language backgrounds.
  • Multilingual ability (e.g., English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese) is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; training and mentorship provided.
