Job Description

The Software Technician will be responsible for performing software installations and upgrades, providing technical support, and resolving any software-related issues raised by clients. The Software Technician will also be responsible for testing and troubleshooting solutions locally and remotely and maintaining good communication with clients throughout the process.

Qualifications
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience with software troubleshooting (Post sales complaint/inquiry handling of software)
- Knowledge of operating systems, both Windows/PACS/DICOM and Linux
- Knowledge of database management systems and computer networks is a plus
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering
