<li>Lead the development of modern, responsive front-end applications using Angular.</li>
<li>Guide and mentor a team of front-end developers, promoting best practices in coding, design, and testing.</li>
<li>Plan, allocate, and manage team resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.</li>
<li>Work closely with Product Managers, UX/UI designers, Backend Engineers and QA engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.</li>
<li>Ensure smooth integration between the front-end and back-end systems, maintaining end-to-end system reliability.</li>
<li>Implement and enforce coding standards and conduct regular code reviews.</li>
<li>Write unit tests and support end-to-end testing to ensure the reliability of front-end applications.</li>
<li>Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies and industry trends, proactively recommending improvements and introduce innovative ideas to the team</li>
<li>Facilitate and promote Agile/Scrum practices, ensuring continuous delivery and improvement</li>
<li>Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, particularly in optimizing high-performance applications.</li>
<li>Experience with modern build tools and libraries such as Webpack, Babel, and Angular CLI.</li>

<h2><strong>Qualifications and requirements</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in front-end development with Angular (including TypeScript and RxJS) with proven experience in leading a team of developers</li>
<li>Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and modern frontend development tools</li>
<li>Experience with state management libraries (e.g., NgRx, Redux) and API integration</li>
<li>Strong understanding of version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD practices and automated testing frameworks</li>
<li>Experience with <strong>microservices architecture</strong> and distributed systems.</li>
<li>Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and containerization (e.g., Docker).</li>
<li>Experience with modern build tools and libraries such as Webpack, Babel, and Angular CLI.</li>
<li>Experience in developing solutions for cross-border remittance, payments, or financial services.</li>
<li>Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the fintech industry, such as AML/CFT standards.</li>
</ul>
