Job Description


  • Create and execute marketing initiatives to include segmentation, testing, and campaign analysis
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends and best practices and ensure marketing messages are conveyed clearly and customer-focused; persuasive calls-to-action, proper form and templates, editing and proofreading, message relevancy to audiences and segments, responsive design.
  • Assist in creating and managing ad campaigns
  • QA data list such as de-duplicating, cross-referencing against other data sources and marketing automation workflows
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal team members
  • Work with management to review campaign performance KPIs; provide feedback and recommend solutions for improvements.
  • Support the team in general as we release new website/app features and content.
  • Perform test on website usability

Social Media:

  • Manage Strategy Tools Social Media channels.
  • Create copy and visuals for social media with the help of our Design team
  • Coordinate schedule of content to promote upcoming events, courses, and community involvement to foster interaction, education, and engagement.
  • Publish content on blog, hub, social media channels and groups.

Job Requirements

  •  A candidate with profound knowledge of the digital media landscape. 
  • knowledge of the digital media space including relationships with agencies and media owners is a plus
  • understanding of all digital channels (including mobile) and their potential impact as an acquisition and retention tool
  • Ability to manage campaigns from beginning to end, including forecasting and performance analysis
  • understanding of digital tracking, measurement and reporting tools – ability to analyse digital campaigns and draw out actionable insight
  • Understanding of usability and design principles to feed into testing of creative and landing pages
  • written and verbal communication, Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills. 
  • Able to communicate in both English and Chinese
