Job responsibilities:

  • Creating social media content plans aligned with the company's brand identity.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to execute and analyze digital campaigns in line with marketing strategies.
  • Crafting engaging content across all social media platforms including writing and editing posts enhancing customer engagement and promoting campaigns.
  • Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
  • Developing and managing social influencer programs and attending influencer events.
  • Overseeing and growing social media platforms like Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Xiao Hong Shu.
  • Conducting market research and analyzing social media trends for identifying new marketing opportunities.
  • Developing marketing advertising and lead generation strategies to increase followers and evaluating their effectiveness.
  • Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
  • Providing recommendations for optimizing the social media marketing strategy.
  • Staying updated on emerging trends and best practices in social media.
  • Assisting with other marketing-related tasks as required. 

Job Requirements

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism communications marketing or a relevant discipline.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English and Chinese with a deep understanding of social media management and strategy.
  • Proficiency in multitasking and time management with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure setting.
