Senior Full Stack Developer (GraphQL/Express/Next.js/AWS)

Location: Remote/Malaysia with occasional on site meeting 

About the Role

As a Senior Full Stack Developer at TripSzn, you’ll architect and deliver the core technology powering a travel platform that’s changing the game for both travelers and hotels. You’ll work across the stack—designing GraphQL APIs, building with Express and Next.js, and deploying scalable solutions on AWS ELB. You’ll mentor junior engineers, set technical standards, and help us launch a product that makes travel more affordable for everyone. 

What You’ll Do

● Architect, build, and maintain robust GraphQL APIs using Express and Next.js
 

● Design and implement scalable, secure cloud infrastructure (AWS, ELB, EC2, S3, etc.)
 

● Lead code reviews, enforce engineering standards, and mentor junior developers
 

● Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to deliver features that
move the needle
 

● Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement across the stack

Job Requirements

 What You Bring
● 4+ years building production web applications (ideally in a startup or high-growth environment)
 

● Deep expertise in GraphQL, Express, and Next.js
 

● Hands-on experience deploying and scaling apps on AWS (especially ELB)
 

● Strong understanding of modern CI/CD, testing, and monitoring practices
 

● Proven ability to break down complex problems, communicate clearly, and deliver results
 

● Relentless ownership, bias for action, and a passion for mentoring others
 

● A love for travel and a desire to make it more accessible for everyone
