• Guide customers with product suggestions and inform them about new offerings.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Assist with sales initiatives marketing events and promotional campaigns.
• Communicate customer feedback and insights to store management.
• Carry out any additional tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Requirements
  
  At least year of experience in luxury retail or a comparable position.
  Enthusiastic about retail possessing excellent sales and communication abilities.
  A keen interest in fragrances and skincare; values high-quality products.
  Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
  A collaborative team member with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
  Basic computer skills and experience with POS systems.
