Job Description

 

Position Overview:
As our B2B Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving business expansion, primarily in the automotive and industrial sectors. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process—from prospecting new clients to closing large deals—while contributing to revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and setting the foundation for long-term success.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Full Sales Operations Ownership: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and driving sales growth throughout the cycle.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and secure new B2B clients, particularly in the automotive and industrial sectors. Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key influencers.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive profitable sales by negotiating contracts and pricing strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and key collaborators. Understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Sales Monitoring & Analysis: Track sales performance, monitor lead generation and sales metrics, and use data insights to refine sales strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our PPF products, including their features, benefits, and applications, to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
  • Business Development: Actively pursue new business opportunities and ensure a continuous flow of sales leads and potential clients.
  • Meet Targets: Take responsibility for meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs, driving performance through self-motivation and a strategic approach.
