We are looking for a motivated Bancassurance Executive to support customers in achieving their financial goals by providing suitable insurance and wealth protection solutions. In this role, you will work closely with bank customers to identify their financial needs and recommend appropriate bancassurance products while delivering excellent customer service.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Assess and understand customers’ financial goals, protection needs, and investment objectives.
   
• Provide professional financial advice and recommend suitable bancassurance and insurance solutions to customers.
   
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with bank customers to support their financial journey.
   
• Engage clients through multiple channels including branch walk-ins, referrals, telemarketing, and marketing events/roadshows.
   
• Promote and cross-sell insurance and protection products to meet customers’ needs while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
   
• Consistently achieve individual sales targets and KPIs set by the bank.
   
• Ensure high levels of customer service and follow-up support throughout the sales process.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• At least 2 year of sales experience in banking industry; candidates with insurances sales banking background will be given priority.
• Strong drive for performance and results, with a proven ability to thrive in a target-driven sales environment.
• Willingness to travel to support branch activities and client engagements across surrounding areas.
• Candidates holding any of the following licenses will have an added advantage: PCE (Part A & B), PCIL, CEILI, or TBE.
