As an Executive Host you will be the first point of contact for our VIP guests, you will provide accurate product and service information, resolve issues and complaints professionally, and maintain relationships that support retention and repeat visits. You will also coordinate closely with internal teams, escalate complex cases when needed, and perform administrative tasks to keep service delivery consistent and efficient.

You will work directly with reception, operations, and back-office teams to close cases fast, keep handovers clean, and ensure every customer has a clear next step. Success looks like clear communication, fewer repeat enquiries, and customers who leave satisfied and informed. 

This full-time position is based in Genting Highlands, Pahang, and offers daily chances to sharpen bilingual communication and build practical customer service experience in a guest-focused environment.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of customer service experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong communication are encouraged to apply.
• Experience handling guest complaints or VIP requests in a busy hospitality or service setting is an advantage.
• Previous exposure to reception, operations, or back-office coordination is helpful for fast handovers.
• Good mental arithmetic skills is an added advantage.
• Available for full-time work based in Genting Highlands and willing to work shifts.
• Must be able to communicate, read and write in Mandarin language.
• Pleasant, patient demeanour with a genuine customer-first attitude.
• Responsible and reliable, able to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Calm under pressure and able to prioritise tasks when multiple requests arrive at once.
• Eager to learn, open to feedback, and motivated to develop practical service and operational skills.
