As a Media &amp; Digital Content Assistant Intern, you will split your time across three key arenas:
<ol>
<li>Digital Content &amp; Social Media – craft bilingual (EN + CN) copy, short‑form videos, and slide decks that amplify our brand narrative across web, LinkedIn, FB/IG, XHS, and YouTube/TikTok. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Executive Administrative Support – manage the GM’s calendar, meeting logistics, travel, and documentation to keep decision‑makers focused. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Event Planning &amp; On‑Ground Execution – help design, promote, and run live / hybrid events, from run‑down drafting to on‑site coordination and post‑event reporting. &nbsp;</li>
</ol>
This role is perfect for humanities or liberal‑studies students who want portfolio‑ready content, hands‑on event experience, and direct exposure to C‑suite operations.

<h4>2. Key Responsibilities</h4>
DomainCore TasksDigital Content Creation• Write, edit, and proof bilingual social posts, blog entries, and EDMs. • Develop basic visual assets in Canva / CapCut; assist with WPS/PowerPoint slides. • Repurpose long‑form content (webinars, reports) into snackable formats.Social Media Management• Build weekly content calendars; schedule posts via Meta Business Suite / Hootsuite. • Engage community comments &amp; DMs; track reach, CTR, and audience growth.Website &amp; SEO Support• Upload articles, optimise headings/meta in WordPress/Elementor. • Coordinate with designers/devs to ensure pages are on‑brand and error‑free.Executive Admin• Maintain GM’s diary, appointments, and action‑item tracker. • Draft e‑mails, meeting agendas, minutes; arrange travel &amp; expense claims. • Keep shared Drive/Notion folders organised and up to date.Event Planning &amp; Execution• Research venues/suppliers; compile quotations and comparison tables. • Prepare run‑down, staff roster, registration forms, and marketing assets. • Handle on‑site logistics (check‑in, stage cues, livestream support) and post‑mortem reports.Research &amp; Insight Briefs• Conduct quick desk research on ESG, AI, digital marketing trends. • Summarise findings in two‑page insight memos for internal stakeholders.&nbsp;&nbsp;
<h4>3. Qualifications</h4>
Must‑HaveNice‑to‑HaveCurrently pursuing a degree in Liberal Arts, Communications, Journalism, Linguistics, or related fieldBasic video editing (CapCut / Premiere Rush)Excellent written &amp; spoken English and Mandarin (BM a plus)Familiar with Google Analytics 4 / social‑listening toolsProven love for writing, storytelling, and social trendsPrior experience in student media, events club, or NGOStrong organisational skills; detail‑oriented; self‑starter mindsetKnowledge of SEO fundamentals / WordPress block editorProficiency with Google Workspace, Canva, and major social platformsKnowledge of StreamYard / OBS for hybrid events&nbsp;&nbsp;
