Job Summary
This role is accountable for driving sales revenue while delivering a compelling and seamless customer experience. You will take ownership of the showroom’s performance — converting leads and walk-ins into sales, optimizing product displays, and leading initiatives that increase customer engagement and purchase decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Showroom Sales Ownership

<li>Take full accountability for sales generated from the showroom, including achieving monthly and quarterly targets&nbsp;</li>
<li>Actively engage leads and walk-in customers, understand their needs, and convert consultations into sales&nbsp;</li>
<li>Track daily sales performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and basket size&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure the showroom team is aligned and driven towards sales goals&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Customer Experience &amp; Conversion
<ul>
<li>Deliver personalized product consultations to guide customers toward the right smart living solutions&nbsp;</li>
<li>Create a welcoming and engaging showroom environment that encourages interaction and purchase&nbsp;</li>
<li>Continuously refine the customer journey to improve conversion and repeat visits&nbsp;</li>
<li>Gather customer insights and feedback to enhance offerings and experience&nbsp;</li>

Showroom Operations &amp; Merchandising
<ul>
<li>Oversee day-to-day showroom operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution&nbsp;</li>
<li>Optimize product displays, demo setups, and interactive zones to maximize customer engagement and sales&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure the showroom is consistently well-presented, functional, and aligned with brand standards&nbsp;</li>
<li>Able to lead and train staff&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

Sales Growth &amp; Collaboration

<li>Work closely with marketing to execute promotions, campaigns, and product launches that drive sales&nbsp;</li>

After-Sales &amp; Customer Retention
