Showroom Business Manager

Basic salary of RM5,000 to RM6,000 plus rewarding commissions

Job Summary

This role is accountable for driving sales revenue while delivering a compelling and seamless customer experience. You will take ownership of the showroom’s performance — converting leads and walk-ins into sales, optimizing product displays, and leading initiatives that increase customer engagement and purchase decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Showroom Sales Ownership

  • Take full accountability for sales generated from the showroom, including achieving monthly and quarterly targets 
  • Actively engage leads and walk-in customers, understand their needs, and convert consultations into sales 
  • Track daily sales performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and basket size 
  • Ensure the showroom team is aligned and driven towards sales goals 

Customer Experience & Conversion

  • Deliver personalized product consultations to guide customers toward the right smart living solutions 
  • Create a welcoming and engaging showroom environment that encourages interaction and purchase 
  • Continuously refine the customer journey to improve conversion and repeat visits 
  • Gather customer insights and feedback to enhance offerings and experience 

Showroom Operations & Merchandising

  • Oversee day-to-day showroom operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution 
  • Optimize product displays, demo setups, and interactive zones to maximize customer engagement and sales 
  • Ensure the showroom is consistently well-presented, functional, and aligned with brand standards 
  • Able to lead and train staff  

Sales Growth & Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing to execute promotions, campaigns, and product launches that drive sales 
  • Identify new opportunities to increase showroom traffic and conversion 
  • Monitor footfall, conversion rate, and revenue per customer 

After-Sales & Customer Retention

  • Ensure smooth handover from sales to after-sales support 
  • Coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues promptly and maintain customer satisfaction 
  • Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals 

Job Requirements

  • Strong ability to close deals and manage long sales cycles 
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills 
  • Self-motivated, aggressive, and target-driven personality 
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
