UOB Innovation Hub 2 (InnoHub 2) is a newly set up technology centre located in Kuala Lumpur as part of UOB Group Technology and Operations to deliver innovative financial technology solutions that enable business growth and technology transformation. 

About the Department

The Technology and Operations function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly accountable and structured professional to facilitate the infrastructure projects. This role is pivotal in managing infrastructure project cycles, ensuring timely compliance, and driving the compliance to project timelines

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of infrastructure compliance tracking, including inventory validation, schedule coordination, and governance reporting.
• Replace manual Excel and SharePoint-based tracking with structured, scalable tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Application Custodians and infrastructure teams to confirm project timelines and resolve operational blockers.
• Ensure strict adherence to compliance timelines, with proactive follow-ups and escalation protocols.
• Track and log asset-level issues that impact infrastructure project execution or compliance, ensuring traceability and resolution.
• Monitor multi-stage approval workflows and ensure timely progression through each stage.
• Generate real-time dashboards and audit-ready reports for leadership and compliance teams.
• Address the lack of centralized visibility, real-time tracking, and audit traceability by implementing automated workflows and structured data capture.
• Operate effectively in a large, matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in IT compliance, infrastructure governance, or project/process management.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure project execution, audit requirements, and operational risk.
• Must be highly structured, assertive, and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Comfortable working in large teams and matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Power Automate, SharePoint) is a strong plus.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT compliance, infrastructure operations, or governance.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills
