Tapway is redefining how physical spaces operate using AI Vision and Big Data. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in developing, supporting, or delivering solutions that run across edge devices, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise environments.

Role-Specific Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget
• Coordinate teams and allocate resources efficiently
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and report to stakeholders
• Ensure quality standards and project goals are met
• Maintain documentation and track key metrics
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and team efficiency

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans and schedules with clear milestones
• Manage project delivery from kick-off to handover
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, vendors, and partners
• Manage client expectations, project communications, and regular status updates
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (AI engineers, software developers, technicians, vendors), allocate resources efficiently, and resolve scheduling or manpower conflicts

• Track team performance against project KPIs
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
• Manage project issues, scope changes, and variation orders
• Ensure proper documentation of changes, approvals, and impacts
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and margins
• Manage procurement, vendors, subcontractors, and third-party service providers
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards, including timely billing, claims, and cost control
• Oversee URS, FAT, SAT, UAT, and final project handovers
• Ensure complete project documentation and knowledge transfer

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Project Management, or related fields.
• 2-3 years of experience in managing technology, system integration, or infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing projects involving AI, IoT, CCTV, networking, security systems, or enterprise software.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
• PMP, Prince2, or Scrum certification is an added advantage.
