<li>Coordinate teams and allocate resources efficiently</li>
<li>Monitor progress, manage risks, and report to stakeholders</li>

<li>Maintain documentation and track key metrics</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to improve processes and team efficiency</li>

<li>Develop detailed project plans and schedules with clear milestones</li>
<li>Manage project delivery from kick-off to handover</li>
<li>Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, vendors, and partners</li>
<li>Manage client expectations, project communications, and regular status updates</li>
<li>Coordinate cross-functional teams (AI engineers, software developers, technicians, vendors), allocate resources efficiently, and resolve scheduling or manpower conflicts</li>
