At VeePro Fire Protection, we specialize in commercial and industrial fire protection systems. From supply to servicing, inspections to installations — we deliver end-to-end fire safety solutions. We are now expanding our marketing team and looking for passionate, creative, and energetic Marketing Interns to join us!

What You’ll Do
As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will play a hands-on role in building our brand visibility and customer engagement through various platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
<ul>
<li>Develop, design, and schedule daily posts across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) using Canva Pro.</li>
<li>Make inbound and outbound calls to introduce services, promote offers, and follow up with leads generated through marketing efforts.</li>
<li>Create marketing materials such as brochures, posters, flyers, social media graphics, and banners, in line with the brand identity.</li>
<li>Assist in the planning, writing, and execution of email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and customer follow-ups.</li>
<li>Write clear, creative, and platform-appropriate captions, ensuring consistency in tone, language, and message.</li>
<li>Respond to enquiries on WhatsApp, email, and social media channels in a timely and professional manner, providing information about services and offers.</li>
<li>Assist in recording and editing engaging social media videos and reels; participate in or coordinate TikTok Live sessions to promote selected products or services.</li>
<li>Support the launch and promotion of marketing campaigns such as the Free Site Visit initiative, and accompany the Marketing Director on selected site visits to observe and participate in client engagement.</li>
<li>Conduct basic market research to identify trends, track competitors' activities, and gather insights for upcoming campaigns.</li>
<li>Help maintain records of marketing activities, customer databases, and campaign performance reports.</li>
<li>Work closely with the Marketing Director and team to contribute ideas, participate in brainstorming sessions, and support ongoing marketing initiatives.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Perform other ad-hoc duties such as marketing-related tasks or cross-functional assignments as required, including urgent or last-minute projects. </li>
</ul>
