<li>Develop and execute a minimum of 7 compelling social media contents (per week) for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.</li>
<li>Plan, shoot, and edit videos and photos for daily posts, stories, and special campaigns.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the team to create original graphics, videos, and other multimedia content that align with the brand’s voice and visual identity.</li>
</ul>
Social Media Strategy:
<ul>
<li>Implement the social media calendar, scheduling posts and ensuring timely delivery of content.</li>
<li>Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to incorporate fresh ideas into campaigns.</li>
<li>Continuously monitor trends on TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and Instagram.</li>
<li>Propose fresh, trend-led content angles (UGC-style, POV, ASMR, before/after, educational parenting tips, etc.).</li>
<li>Collaborate with external teams (SEO, e-commerce, and paid ads) to align social media strategies with overarching marketing goals.</li>
</ul>
Engagement &amp; Community Building:
<ul>
<li>Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.</li>
<li>Cultivate a strong community through organic interactions, polls, and user-generated content initiatives.</li>
<li>Monitor customer feedback on platforms, escalating issues to the customer service team when necessary.</li>
</ul>
Reporting &amp; Analytics
<ul>
<li>Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, follower growth, reach, and impressions.</li>
<li>Provide regular performance reports with insights and recommendations for optimizing social media efforts.</li>
<li>Monitor platform health and recommend content adjustments based on trends and data.</li>

Collaboration:

<li>Work closely with creative, marketing, and sales teams to align content with broader campaigns.</li>
<li>Coordinate and support livestream sessions when needed.</li>
<li>Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to enhance brand visibility.</li>
