<li>Review and process supplier invoices for general ledger data entries.</li>
<li>Plan supplier payments according to payment terms, as well as monthly recurring expenses.</li>
<li>Reconcile supplier statements, credit card and bank accounts on a regular basis.</li>
<li>Perform month end accounts closing with appropriate journal entries.</li>
<li>Monitor company’s cash flow to ensure adequate funds to pay out expenses, search for available channels to get new funds when needed.</li>
<li>Monitor expenses to align with budget.</li>
<li>Work closely with the Supply Chain team for material ordering.</li>
<li>Produce monthly management reporting with analysis.</li>
<li>Assist ad-hoc admin tasks from time to time (minimal).</li>
