We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Product Manager to drive the development and success of our products. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales and our clients, to define product vision, roadmap, and execution. You will be responsible for identifying market needs, setting priorities, and ensuring seamless product delivery. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives. 
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback collection to identify new opportunities. 
• Product Development: Work with UX, and other teams to design, build, and launch new features/products. 
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to align on goals, timelines, and success metrics. 
• User-Centric Approach: Gather customer insights to improve user experience and drive product adoption. 
• Roadmap & Prioritization: Define and prioritize product features based on business impact and technical feasibility. 
• Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize product performance post-launch. 
• Go-To-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop product positioning and launch plans. 

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. 
• Experience: 3-7 years in product management, preferably in tech, SaaS, or a related industry. 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
• Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, or similar). 
• Technical background or understanding of software development is a plus.
