Job Description

You will play a pivotal role in managing and growing our high-value customer base.

You will be responsible for:

  • Acquiring and retaining a portfolio of priority clients.
  • Cross-selling wealth management products and services to customers.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Contributing to the overall success of the branch by achieving business performance measures.
  • Create monthly plans to generate new business and contact potential clients regularly to maintain a sales pipeline.
  • Review existing customer portfolios regularly to maintain relationship and manage cross-sell ratios. 
  • Stay updated on customer needs and market trends, including competitor programs and activities, to enhance the attractiveness of the program/product differentiation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations. 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years of product or solutions sales experience.
  • Open for non-banking sales individuals with interest to join banking.
  • Aptitude and saavy with financial products/instruments.
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and business development.
  • Knowledge of bank products and services, good marketing and sales management skills.
  • Products: Unit Trust, Bancassurance, Structured Products, Bonds
  • Relevant sales experience within Wealth Sales, Banking and FSI industry an added bonus
  • Required licenses ie. PCE, CEILI, FIMM, TBE & IPPC, an added bonus.
